Where can I park?
The Arena has car parking for over 2,000 spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue.
How near is the train station?
The Arena is just over 2 miles from the railway station. Local taxis and buses are available from the station.
Are there catering facilities at the event?
There will be hot and cold refreshments available within the venue.
Is the event free?
Yes, but we encourage all visitors to give a £2 donation to our local charities. The proceeds of which will be given out on the day.
Where is the event?
Can I just turn up on the day?
Yes you can but you will need to register at the registration desk prior to accessing the event.

How do I get in touch?

How do I book a stand? 
Complete the online form. The team will then contact you for payment within 5 working days. Payment is via card or BACs.
Your stand is not guaranteed until the payment has been made.

Please note, we expect you to have your own public liability insurance to exhibit at the show.
What are the stand costs?
2m x 2m – <5 employees
£125 + VAT

2m x 4m
£225 + VAT

3m x 3m
£350 + VAT

3m x 4m
£500 + VAT

Please note : if your company is in excess of 5 direct employees, you will be asked to take a larger stand to make sure that smaller businesses can take advantage of our pricing structure. All prices stated exclude VAT and electricity.

Can items be delivered to the venue?
Yes, providing that your name, company name and stand number is on the article.
Health and Safety
You will need to complete the H&S declaration and risk assessment forms prior to your event and preferably at least 14 days prior to the event. Please click on the button below to submit your form to the team.
Stand heights – anything over 2.5m will need to be separately agreed and sanctioned at least 28 days prior to the event.

You will also need to provide your own public liability insurance for the event. If you don't have any, please look on here for comparable quotes : http://www.comparethemarket.com/business-insurance/public-liability/
Other insurance comparison websites are available.

If you are using contractors to complete your stand, please ensure that you get the risk assessment and method statements for their activities and operations and pass them over to the team on info@peterboroughbiscuit.co.uk.
Can I share a stand?
No – stand sharing is prohibited. If found to be in breach of this, you will be asked to make a donation to the event.
Can I just turn up on the day?
No, you must register for a stand by the deadline date. 
When do I set up my stand?
The stand 'build' day is Tuesday 6th February from 8am until 7pm. (All exhibitors must set up their stand on this day)

The event times are: Wednesday 7th February 2018 from 9am until 5pm.

The stand 'break down' days are Wednesday 7th February from 5pm until 6pm and Thursday 8th February from 8am until 10am.
Does the venue have Wi-Fi?
There is free Wi-Fi onsite, but this is restricted to email and low usage only. If you need more to stream from websites etc, then please contact our Account Manager, Hayley Kemp on hayley@peterborougharena.com to book your dedicated wifi feed.
Is there a digital directory?
Yes! All exhibitors are entitled to a free 50 word company profile but this must be completed and emailed through to info@peterboroughbiscuit.co.uk by the deadline date to guarantee inclusion.
Can I bring my own refreshments?
No. Please note that it is strictly prohibited for exhibitors wishing to provide refreshments on their stand is strictly prohibited – only sample sizes are allowed (under 25ml).

Onsite Facilities and Provision
The venue will provide cashpoint and catering options. There will also be first aid and security for the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
The exhibition stand cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation within one week of the event: 0% refund
Cancellation within two weeks of the event: 30% refund
Cancellation within four weeks of the event: 50% refund
Cancellation over four weeks: 80% refund

If no monies have been paid, you will receive an invoice of the amount outstanding which must be paid by the date of the invoice.
Videography and Photography
Persons wishing to video or photograph persons, items, stalls or seminars at this event must request permission from the event organiser, by email, at least 5 days prior to the event.
Do I get the chance to see the venue before the event happens? 
Yes, you will be given a taster night before the event. Date of the taster night to be confirmed.
